Jurijs Ņikuļcovs is the chairman and ideological inspirer of the Riga Arbitration court. A graduate of the University of Latvia with a Master's degree in Law. With over 25 years of experience in alternative dispute resolution, he determines the organization's strategic development direction, makes key decisions, and is responsible for achieving long-term goals. Jurijs appoints arbitrators to hear disputes, ensuring the formation of a competent and objective arbitral tribunal. As a practicing arbitrator, he personally participates in resolving complex disputes, combining management activities with practical work. Thanks to a clear vision and many years of experience, Jurijs coordinates the work of all departments, ensuring their coordinated interaction and progress towards a common goal – providing arbitration services of the highest quality.

Inese Ļahoviča plays a dual key role in the Riga Arbitration courtteam. A graduate of the University of Latvia with a Master's degree in Law. Inese is responsible for the strategic development of the Riga Arbitration court and, as the head of the service delivery department, she coordinates and provides advice on the entire service delivery process at the Riga Arbitration court. She ensures that everyone who turns to the Riga Arbitration court receives effective, transparent, and highly professional service. At the same time, as the head of official matters, Inese is responsible for the reputation and image of the Riga Arbitration court. She represents the interests of the Riga Arbitration court in state institutions, ensuring that our activities always comply with the highest standards of integrity and business ethics.

Andrejs Ādamsons is a member of the Presidium of the Riga Arbitration court and coordinates the organization's service delivery processes. A graduate of the University of Latvia with a Master's degree in Law. Andrejs is responsible for developing and implementing the arbitration court's development plans, ensuring the coordinated work of all departments. As a practicing lawyer and arbitrator of the Riga Arbitration court, Andrejs combines strategic management with practical dispute resolution experience. He inspires the team to achieve high results and carries out quality control, contributing to strengthening the position of the Riga Arbitration court as a reliable institution for alternative dispute resolution.

Head of the Court Chancery

Elita Rudzīte heads the chancellery of the Riga Arbitration Court – the main department that ensures the flawless organization of all document circulation and procedural administration. Elita holds a bachelor's degree in business management and a 1st level professional higher education degree in "Law Science". She and her team are responsible for the full cycle of dispute resolution management: from the initial verification of an incoming claim and case registration to the timely preparation, formatting, and sending of all procedural documents to the parties and arbitrators. Elita coordinates the scheduling of court hearings, ensures the coordination of dates and deadlines with arbitrators and parties to the proceedings, and organizes technical support for court hearings – both in-person and via video conference. Under her leadership, the chancellery keeps records and archives all documentation, ensures the confidentiality of case materials, and strictly adheres to procedural deadlines.

Kristīna Ņikuļcova leads the financial heart of the organization – the financial planning and accounting department. Kristīna holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and has studied mediation. She ensures the flawless accuracy and transparency of all financial operations. Her responsibilities include planning and allocating expenses, timely payment of salaries, and settlements with parties to the proceedings and partners. Kristīna is responsible for adhering to accounting policies, timely preparation and submission of reports to state institutions, ensuring the full compliance of the Riga Court of Arbitration's activities with legislation. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensure the organization's financial stability and reliability.

Zinaīda Jemeļjanova

Head of Public Relations of the Riga Arbitration court

Zinaīda Jemeļjanova, as the Head of Public Relations, builds and maintains all communication channels with the partners of the Riga Arbitration court. She holds a professional bachelor's degree in customs and tax administration. Under her leadership, the public relations department implements marketing strategies, manages the website and social networks, and organizes events for the Riga Arbitration court– from seminars and presentations to open-door days. Zinaīda and her team are responsible for ensuring that information about the arbitration court's services and advantages is available to a wide audience, and that every entrepreneur or their representative receives comprehensive advice and support.

Legal Assistant of the Riga Arbitration court

Laura Uzare is a Legal Assistant at the Riga Arbitration court. Laura is studying law and diplomacy. She provides comprehensive support to the Chairman of the Riga Arbitration court and the Head of the Chancellery, performing the functions of an assistant in a wide range of matters. Laura coordinates business correspondence, organizes meetings and sessions, keeps records of incoming and outgoing correspondence, and ensures the timely preparation of necessary materials and documents. Her duties include maintaining order in document circulation, assisting in the organization of events for the Riga Arbitration court, and promptly resolving daily administrative tasks.
